Good to Know Before You Book

Booking & Payment

Pay in full or reserve your date with 30% down. The 30% retainer is non-refundable and goes toward your total. Any remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel 7 or more days before your event and we'll refund anything you've paid beyond your 30% retainer. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event are non-refundable.

Date Changes

Subject to availability, you may reschedule your event date once if the request is made at least 30 days prior to the original date. New dates must fall within 12 months of the original booking.

Travel

Delivery, setup and teardown are included within 25 miles of Owasso. Beyond 25 miles, a travel fee of $2 per additional one-way mile applies, with a $50 minimum travel fee. Events 75+ miles away require a custom quote.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit is required: $150 for backdrop-only rentals and $500 for rentals that include the photo booth. Your deposit is returned after pickup and inspection, provided there is no damage, loss, missing equipment or excessive cleaning needed.
